  1. If the City Council wants to do something for local businesses, they need to get DMV to change the insurance requirements for Classic cars.

In Nevada THERE ARE NO WEEKLY CRUISE NIGHTS. The rest of the country have these and they are huge economic stimulus.

However, in Nevada, you can not afford to plate and insure multiple classic cars WITH FULL TIME LIABILITY INSURANCE YEAR ROUND. In other states you only need liability insurance - during the times when you drive the cars.

THIS SAVE THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS FOR MULTIPLE CLASSIC CAR OWNERS - and allows them to take their cars to cruise nights.

The same outdated Nevada law is SNOW BIRD UNFRIENDLY and hence these people DON"T PLATE their cars in Nevada. NEVADA LOOSES AGAIN.

    CHANGE THE STUPID LAW.
