President Barack Obama has been “honored” with the 2013 Lie of the Year Award from PolitiFact for his often-repeated statement that, “If you like your health care plan, you can keep it.”
It must have been difficult for the judges to pick that statement out from the competition, such as his not knowing anything about Benghazi, Fast and Furious, the NSA wire tapping, the IRS snooping, the Syrian and Egyptian uprisings, etc.
I wonder if his supporters are still proud of their standard bearer or if they continue to fall back on blaming everything on George W. Bush and racism.
Oh well, I’m sure Obama’s new award will sit nicely next to his dusty Nobel Peace Prize.
