The Las Vegas 51s opened a four-game series at Colorado Springs Saturday with three runs in the first inning, easily winning their fourth straight game, 10-6.
Jamie Hoffman’s three hits and two runs scored led the 51s, while Reese Havens and Andrew Brown each also scored twice for Las Vegas.
Chris Schwinden struckout five batters in 5 and 1/3 innings to earn the win.
After four games in Colorado Springs, the 51s will host Tacoma for four games starting Thursday.
