The Las Vegas 51s won their third straight Pacific Coast League game to open the season Saturday, beating the host Sacramento RiverCats 6-1.

Josh Satin delivered the big hit for Las Vegas (3-0) with a two-run home run in the sixth inning, and starting pitcher Collin McHugh gave up just one run with seven strikeouts in 5 and 1/3 innings to earn the win.

Andrew Brown and Jamie Hoffmann each had three hits for Las Vegas and Brian Bixler had two hits and two runs scored.

Las Vegas will play for the sweep Sunday at Sacramento before heading to Fresno for a four-game series. The 51s return home to Cashman Field at 7 p.m. Friday against Colorado Springs for their home opener.
