Team USA Olympic gold medal goalie Hope Solo had a book signing at Sugar Factory in the Paris on Friday afternoon for her recently published autobiography “Solo: A Memoir of Hope.”
The two-time Olympian and former “Dancing With the Stars” competitor graciously posed for photographs and signed books, posters and soccer memorabilia for fans.
Post-book signing, Solo shopped for apparel and received her sugar rush sipping on a Very Berry Blast milkshake and trying Sugar Factory’s signature banana split sundae. Solo was dressed casually in a white T-shirt, jeans and heals, and ex-teammate Tina Ellertson and friends joined her.
Sugar Factory has four locations in Las Vegas: the Mirage, its flagship at the Paris, Miracle Mile Shops at Planet Hollywood and its newest location at MGM Grand. Thanks to David Becker of WireImage for his photo gallery of the Olympic champion.

Paris Las Vegas The Paris Las Vegas transports visitors to the City of Light. Paris Las Vegas captures all the details of Paris, right down to the cobblestone sidewalks and half-scale replica of the Eiffel Tower and Arc de Triomphe. Famous pastry chef Gaston Lenôtre opened a branch of his renowned pastry shop on the cobblestone-lined Le Boulevard, a street filled with intimate shops and restaurants, all underneath a blue cloud-filled ceiling.
