Lake Mead National Recreation Area officials are warning visitors to exercise caution later this week as concrete trucks operate in the park to help build a new water intake tunnel.
The trucks will be entering the area from U.S. 93, officials said, from 2 a.m. Thursday to 2.am. Friday.
The trucks will be traveling through the Boulder Beach entrance on Lakeshore Road to mile marker five, officials said. Visitors are not likely to face delays but are urged to use caution when passing heavy commercial vehicles.
