Britain’s Prince Harry applauds from the stand at the show-jumping phase of the equestrian eventing competition at the 2012 Summer Olympics, Tuesday, July 31, 2012, at Greenwich Park in London.

Intimate insider secrets about Prince Harry’s wild strip billiards blowout at the Wynn are coming to light now that one of the 10 party girls has broken the code of silence. According to a confidante of the redheaded royal I spoke with at length, Harry has promised his father, Prince Charles, never to set foot in Las Vegas again -- well, at least for now.

The blonde beautician who spilled the revelations about her “royal fumble with the crown jewels” is a British-born beauty, and she was on the Strip visiting from San Diego, which is where the partying prince was supposed to have been.

I am reliably told: “If Prince Harry had not canceled a last-minute trip to San Diego, the hi-jinx might never have happened. Instead, unfortunately, he runs into a British girl from San Diego and winds up with her in a penthouse bedroom naked. It really is a ‘what if’ because if he hadn’t stayed on in Las Vegas to party, this wouldn’t have happened.

“He didn’t even know there were any photos. He’d gone to Los Angeles from Las Vegas for a meal and the flight home. He got a phone call on his cell and didn’t even know they were on the Internet until minutes before he was ready to board the return flight to London from L.A. He was in total shock and panic. The pain was all over his face, and he was mumbling speechless. That must have been the worst plane ride of his life.”

The reservations for Harry’s stay in the Encore were made from San Diego, while Steve Wynn, who approved the visit, was on his yacht on the French Riviera. Steve OK’d Prince Harry’s visit last November when the royal rebel partied at XS until 4 a.m. for three consecutive nights while visiting from San Diego. He was on break from Army helicopter exercises when he rode in on a Harley Davidson to see Cirque du Soleil’s “O” at the Bellagio.

Vegas Deluxe chronicled Harry’s escapades this trip at Wet Republic at MGM Grand and his jump-in-with jeans race against Olympic gold medalist Ryan Lochte at the Encore pool.

I was told while I was in San Diego last week that instead of the Queen giving him a dressing down, she ordered her oldest son Prince Charles to dutifully lower the sword. My impeccable source told me: “He wound up promising his father that he’d never go to Las Vegas again. He promised that there would never again be drunken shenanigans with groups of girls in a hotel suite. I can tell you that he swears there were no drugs and there was no video. He blames it all on excessive drinking -- vodka, far too much of it.”

The saddest part of this scandal was that he went home to face the music the same week that his mother, Princess Diana, was killed in a car accident in a Paris road tunnel 15 years ago. “It was an anniversary he really didn’t want to face,” I was reliably told. “Maybe that partly explains the wild behavior in Las Vegas -- letting off steam.”

English-born Carrie Reichert, 32, told Britain’s Sunday People tabloid that she spent 20 minutes alone with the prince in his hotel bedroom. Carrie said: “We kissed, he was naked at the time and pretty open. It was a drunken fumble. It wasn’t romantic, just fun. He was a gentleman, but he was so wasted. The alcohol affected him. I was there for 15 to 20 minutes.”

She first spotted the prince and his pals while at the Encore pool that evening. Carrie added: “I knew exactly who he was. I was born in England, and I’m pretty familiar with the royal family. I was the only one who knew who he was. Everybody else was like, ‘Who’s that?’ And I’m like, ‘Oh my God, that’s Prince Harry!’ ”

She explained that one of the prince’s entourage approached her and asked if she wanted to join his party in the penthouse. “They said, ‘Hey, would you like to party with Prince Harry?’ I’m not going to pass an opportunity to party with Prince Harry. At first you think it’s a line. People will say anything to get you to go anywhere in Las Vegas. It was just random. They were just picking really pretty girls, about 10 of us,” she told the tabloid.

“The music was going, alcohol was flowing. He was already undressed. It was just crazy. He looked actually delirious. There was a pool table, and he was playing air guitar with pool sticks. He screamed out, ‘Somebody get me a glove! I’m going to do a Michael Jackson impression!’ He would just randomly walk up to you and hug you.

Prince Harry, seen here smiling in Rio de Janeiro in March, has found himself in hot water now that naked photos of him partying in Las Vegas have been leaked. "Harry has always been exuberant and it's just the way he lets off steam," a source told the Daily Mail.

“He was just really friendly, and they were just really random naked hugs. It was funny. I didn’t actually see them playing strip billiards, but … it was going on. There were girls naked, and he even pressed his body up against the huge window saying, ‘Look at me, Vegas! These are the royal jewels!”

Carrie continued, “He was completely wasted, very intoxicated. Then he grabbed my hand, and we went back to his room. There was not very much talking at that time; his clothes were off. I had a bikini on, a string bikini. I had a party dress over that, and that came off. We had a drunken fumble. We kissed for 15 to 20 minutes.

“I am sure somebody stumbled in, as there were people going in and out of rooms all the time. We kissed again, and he said, ‘That was great.’ He told me I was beautiful and gorgeous, which was sweet. Then we kind of nonchalantly returned to the party and kept drinking. We went back into the living area, and I assumed people knew, but everyone acted like nothing happened.”

She summed up: “I don’t understand what the big deal was. I understand he is royalty and his family looks on it harshly and as a royal you have to conduct yourself a certain way, but he was having fun. He should not be ashamed of the pictures. I feel sad he has to suffer people’s opinions, but it will pass. It’s a give-and-take when you go to Las Vegas, but, unlike the saying, not everything you do stays in Vegas.”

One of the prince’s London confidantes told me: “He’s always been a bit of a wild child. He loves to party, and sometimes there’s little anybody can do to hold him back. He’s that much of a free spirit. But he’s a very good, genuine guy with a big heart. He does charity work in England and America and elsewhere overseas. He loves children. He’ll make a good father of his own one day.

“This is all a stage. Being honest, though, how many other young men have gone to Las Vegas and got up to the same sexy antics -- or wished they did? He shouldn’t be singled out for criticism; it’s just unfortunate that he got photographed doing it. That person is the real offender!”

  1. He was in his own hotel room. No one was held against their will and appeared in no hurry to leave.

Just more evidence of how much is true about American prudes.

  2. It's nice to see that guests at Wynn can be confident their confidentiality and privacy is a priority. Nice.

  3. He has nothing to apologize for. He didn't hurt anybody. He partied and took his clothes off. Big deal.

His so-called friends, and his security detail are the ones that have something to apologize for.

  4. He is a young, SINGLE guy and was doing what most single guys do in hotel rooms in Vegas - he and his friends getting naked with good looking chicks. It is not even an issue.

I agree with The Next Opinion - his "friends" and his security guy let him down. The security guy (he only had one guy with him) should have had everyone drop their cellphones in a box when they entered.

@DAYDREAMER: You are a real piece of work. The girls were NOT hookers, but just regular bimbos who were in Vegas. The man does not need to hire hookers!!! Women flock to him.

#Mr. Lucky: THere were no hookers (see above comment to Daydreamer). There were no drugs. Harry is in the military. They have to take "piss tests". Who cares what the British royal family does anyway. It has no effect on Americans.
