One person injured in mobile home fire

One person suffered minor burns in a Thursday morning mobile home fire that did about $80,000 damage, the Clark County Fire Department said.

The fire was reported about 5 a.m. at a mobile home park at 2800 S. Lamb Boulevard, near Vegas Valley Drive, officials said.

The fire at the double-wide home was threatening surrounding homes, but firefighters quickly brought the blaze under control, officials said.

One person in the home was taken to University Medical with minor burns and a second person was uninjured, officials said.

The cause of the fire has not been determined.
