Too hot to handle? You may have to wear gloves because the new and sexy “Fantasy” calendar with the topless temptresses from the Luxor adult revue is scorching. Tonight, the luscious and long-legged lovelies unveil the new 14-month 2013 calendar (next month through all of 2013) with the darling dancers draped in opulent jewelry -- and little else.
The gorgeous girls tell me that it was the sexiest photo shoot they’ve ever done. Our Las Vegas Sun photographer Christopher DeVargas, who captured a sneak preview when the calendar was shooting over the summer, told me: “They are certainly unique, gorgeous women -- one of a kind, and I’ve seen a lot of beauties through my lens.”
Renowned high-fashion photographer Oscar Picazo shot the 15 daring and delicious dancers. I was there for part of the shoot on a very hot summer’s day in our desert community in July. The temperature actually reached 124 degrees, but I was hotter from the “Barely Bejeweled” calendar shots.
“Fantasy” producer and choreographer Anita Mann commented: “He did an incredible job of combining sensuality and high-end styling. The result is absolutely striking.”
Oscar, who shot 10 photos of each bikini beauty in different poses for an hour, told me: “They are beautiful, hot bodies. My mission is to capture their incredible energy. I pushed them to the limit. They are very professional, and it really helps that they aren’t shy about their bodies and that they are disciplined as dancers.”
In tandem with the unveiling of the calendar tonight, the fabulous females will showcase new, seductive routines with new members in the dancer lineup -- one of whom is Tropicana headliner magician Murray Sawchuck’s English wife, Chloe. Comedy star Sean E. Cooper also promises hilarious new material.
Just one look at tempestuous Tracey -- a British beauty from my old hometown on the cover -- and you know it’s hotter than could be imagined. This is the seventh calendar for the “Fantasy” felines. The photos and layouts were completed Aug. 1 for the printers, and the calendar came back finished Oct. 2 and has been safely under lock and key until tonight.
We’ll have a report from the VIP party and show on Wednesday.
