County postpones closure of Airport Connector ramps

Las Vegas Beltway and Airport Connector

Ramp closures originally scheduled this week between the Airport Connector and the Las Vegas Beltway have been delayed.

In a news release, Clark County spokesman Dan Kulin did not say why the closures were postponed, and said the county would announce when the temporary closures were expected to occur – probably in a week or two.

The ramp work is part of a construction project that began in January to expand bridges over the Airport Connector, Paradise Road, Warm Springs Road, Robindale Road and Duck Creek. The county expects the project to be completed in January 2014.
