Two men robbed an armored truck security guard around 11:50 a.m. Friday as he was making pickups at stores at the Las Vegas Premium Outlets North near Interstate 15 and Alta Drive, Metro Police officials said. Police said the suspects beat the security guard with baseball bats after he left a store, and stole his satchel. The guard recovered and began chasing the suspects through the outlet mall, when one turned around and to attack him again. The guard then fired a shot at the suspect. Not always, but most often armored truck robberies are inside jobs. This one sounds just a bit fishy. Two men beat guard with bats, he recovers, chases suspects, one then turns around to chase him, and fires ONE shot and misses.
I remember one Robbery, And it was REAL I swear. Suspect took out a feather-duster and tickled the security guard over,and over around his ears. The Guard fell down laughing so hard, by the time he got up the suspect was running down the street, the Guard did fire a few shots but missed. Suspects made a "Clean-getaway".
