Metro Police arrested six people involved in a shooting and killing a man early Wednesday outside the Pinewood Apartments, east of the Las Vegas Strip, Metro Police said. Dispatchers received multiple calls reporting gunfire about 12:40 a.m., police said. The victim was seen running away on Swenson Street, near Twain Avenue, then collapsed in a nearby parking lot, police said. He suffered multiple gunshot wounds and was pronounced dead at the scene, police said.
