Crazy Horse Paris” cast members in London.

No sooner did the curtain come down Monday night on the final exotic “Crazy Horse Paris” show at MGM Grand than we learned that two of the dancers, Candy St. Louis and Crystal D’Arc, will join the parent company in the French capital; Nahia Vigarosa and Boa Angora have left for the Barcelona, Spain, production; Daisy Blu has joined the London show.

Exclusive news! Five of the girls who moved here from the French company are staying put and will star in British producer David King’s new spectacle “Shades of Temptation” at New York-New York. Yes, the erotic pages of “50 Shades of Grey” will be brought to life in the new topless boudoir production.

We’ll have more details in the next few days, and Wednesday our interview with two Las Vegas beauties heading for European stardom.

COUNTER INTELLIGENCE

Hot off the grill! It promises to be one of the tastiest all-star chef lunches ever with a lineup of legends. Food & Wine authority Gail Simmons is host at Shawn McClain’s Sage in Aria on Saturday as part of the culinary festival Friday through Sunday. Revered “Iron Chef” winner Masa Takayama will prepare three fish hors d’ouvres, including live Santa Barbara shrimp.

Chef Michael Mina will serve foie gras terrine as the first course; Julian Serrano infused scallops for the second course; Shawn fennel ravioli with glazed pork for the third course; and Jean-Georges Vongerichten rare Japanese filet mignon with foie gras dumplings. Jean-Philippe Maury tops off the meal with his Holy Peach dessert of orange blossom and caramelized peach yogurt sorbet. There are still tickets for three events: the Friday tequila tasting at Diego in MGM Grand and two Saturday events -- the champagne and sashimi sabering at Bar Masa in Aria and the pasta demo at Aureole in Mandalay Bay.

Chef Steve Martorano pays homage to pasta throughout this month at his Cafe Martorano in the Rio. Each week of the four, he’ll serve a different pasta; he uses only authentic San Marzano tomatoes from Naples to ensure that it’s the real thing.

HOLLY’S 007 TUX: Shaken and stirred! “Peepshow” star Holly Madison, who has 12 shows to go before ending her run in the Planet Hollywood burlesque production, will show off clothes of a different kind Thursday. In advance of next month’s James Bond film “Skyfall,” Holly hosts a presentation at the Planet Hollywood movie memorabilia display of the Tom Ford tuxedo worn by 007 actor Daniel Craig to be added to the attraction.

Meantime, our colleagues at Las Vegas Magazine are running a Bond girl contest that’s come down to three finalists. One is for Terry Fator’s wife Taylor Makakoa, but much as I love her, my heart and vote go to stunning Las Vegas model Denise Pernula as Kanina. Cast your vote in the spy poster contest.

WEDDING DEMAND: Think of these date alignments: 10/11/12 and 12/12/12 -- the last time that takes place this century. Demand for Las Vegas weddings on those dates are increasing, and Chapel of the Flowers is encouraging couples to book a round-the-clock slot now available from midnight to midnight. Chapel of the Flowers, here for 60 years, was named Best in the U.S. by Wedding Industry Experts Awards.

‘DWTS’ KO: Is Bristol Palin KO’d tonight on “Dancing With the Stars”? That’s the word from super sports bookie Johnny Avello at the Wynn, but he predicts next in trouble will be Las Vegas stars Joey Fatone and Kelly Monaco. The only Las Vegas darling he thinks will continue for several weeks will be Sabrina Bryan with odds of 8 to 1. He’s still banking on Apolo Ohno with Karina Smirnoff and Shawn Johnson with Las Vegas pro dancer Derek Hough slugging it out in the finals, with Gilles Marini and Peta Murgatroyd right at their heels. We’ll have dance-floor action photos Wednesday.

MAGIC IPAD: We had such a great reaction to our David Copperfield story last week from Magic Magazine that many have asked how to find the publication via iPad. It’s available as a free app at iTunes App Store with issues available for $3.99 apiece. The App Store listing is for desktop and mobile devices.
