Public Defender’s Office raises potential conflicts in representing driver in bus stop fatalities

The Clark County Public Defender's Office will spend two more weeks determining if it has a conflict of interest representing Gary Hosey Jr., the man accused of driving drunk into a Las Vegas bus stop and killing four people. Public defenders Abel Yanez and Benard H. Little have tentatively been assigned to represent Hosey, previously represented by hired defense attorneys Dayvid Figler and Kristina Wildeveld. The cost of hired representation was getting too expensive for Hosey's family.   1. What happened to all those wads of cash you were flashing on facebook Gary? I'd probably have an iota of empathy for this guy if he wasn't a 5 time arrest loser and this was his first brush with stupidity. He chose to drink and drive like a maniac. End result is countless wrecked lives.

    I have no idea how much time he should serve because it will never be enough to replace the misery he caused. Hopefully his loser friends who were in the car with him have turned a new leaf.
