Possible murder-suicide leaves two men dead

Two men are dead, the result of a possible murder-suicide early this afternoon in the central valley. Metro Police responded about 12:10 p.m. Wednesday to the 2000 block of Sunland Avenue, near West Rancho Boulevard and Alta Drive, after receiving numerous reports of shots being fired. Metro Police spokesman Jose Hernandez said one of the 911 callers was a woman who told police she was home with her three children and a male acquaintance when the woman’s estranged husband kicked in the front door and entered the woman’s house.
