  1. Pellet gun or not, it looks real enough. Justified shooting as far as I'm concerned.

  2. You can't walk into a SWAT team with this gun pointed up. You just can't do that. I don't even own a gun but I know the one thing you never do in front of a cop is take your gun out. They always disarm you. You don't disarm yourself.

Mental illness is always tragic but no one can read this guys mind. You can't walk out with a gun in your hand pointed up.

Prior arrests. It's amazing how many of these people fall into a bad place because they can't find work...yet they don't think about the felony or misdemeanor convictions that have plagued them and their search for employment. It's not rocket science. You get a record it WILL follow you for life. Stop making stupid decisions.

  3. Justified shooting? You betcha.

Good Job, Henderson Police! Thank You!

  4. I guess the big question is when is the victim's family going to sue and how much will the city of Henderson settle for?

  5. people really need to mind their own business. I am good friends with the victim's sister. She is completely devastated and no one is giving her or the victims wife any info. but if u really think you have the right to judge you better get the whole damn story first.
