Paperwork filed; suspect back on the hook for alleged 911 calling frenzy

Oversight initially left DA’s Office without police report detailing counts

Hold the phone. Just when the man arrested for allegedly calling Henderson 911 more than 3,600 times was about to be released from custody after a reporting error, he was rebooked Thursday into the Henderson Detention Center. Tuy Thai, 35, was arrested Nov. 8 and was being detained in the Henderson Detention Center, awaiting his first appearance on allegations against him at 9 a.m. Thursday in Henderson Justice Court. But instead of a court date, Thai was beginning the process to be released from custody due to a filing error between Henderson Police and the Clark County District Attorney’s Office. ...

  1. No doubt in my mind that this guy was making these calls. Blaming it on the phone or friends was bogus. Too bad he was released. My guess is the calls start again.

  2. Looks like one of the waiters at my local Pho' restaraunt.
