Abdul Munem Jumaalkam, 20, was arrested on one count of lewdness with a minor under 14 Wednesday morning, Metro Police said. He was taken to Clark County Detention center.
Bus stop incident
A man suspected of grabbing two girls and attempting to remove their clothes was arrested Wednesday morning after he tried to run away.
The man, identified as Abdul Munem Jumaalkam, was at a bus stop near Sirius Avenue and Castlewood Drive, Metro Police said.
Jumaalkam, 20, allegedly grabbed two small female children, but nearby parents and other adults stepped in and tried to detain him, police said.
The suspect ran, but police were able to find him quickly and arrest him on one count of lewdness with a minor under 14. He was taken to Clark County Detention Center, police said.
