Public’s help sought in locating missing northwest valley teen

Metro Police is asking the public’s assistance in locating a 15-year-old girl who they say went missing early Thursday morning in northwest valley.

Illiana Zamora was last seen around 5 a.m. in the area of Farm and Fort Apache roads, police said.

Zamora is of Hispanic descent, stands 4-feet-9 and weighs about 100 pounds, police said. She has a medium complexion, red hair and brown eyes.

She was last seen wearing a black tank top and grey sweat pants, police said.

Police say Zamora may have left her residence voluntarily but could be in need of immediate medical assistance.
