Pedestrian killed in possible hit-and-run in east valley

Pedestrian dies

Metro Police are investigating a fatal auto-pedestrian crash Tuesday night in the east Las Vegas Valley.

A man was killed around 11:00 p.m. after being hit near the intersection of Flamingo Road and Nellis Boulevard, police said.

According to police, the man was pronounced dead at the scene and it appears to be a hit-and-run.

Metro’s fatal unit was called to investigate the scene, police said. No further details were immediately available.
