Price: Mid-$200,000s to $1.5 million for condos; penthouses priced up to $7 million.

Amenities: The sleek Library Lounge hosts complimentary resident happy hours and gourmet breakfasts Thursday through Saturday. Outside, garden seating and a pool beckon, and when you want to hit the Strip, Range Rover chauffeur service is available within three miles.

Amenities: Fremont East within spitting distance? Hearing Beauty Bar’s backyard concerts on your balcony? Residents love the Ogden for its location, but there’s also a rooftop pool, full gym and concierge ready to help you schedule a dog grooming or drop off your dry cleaning. And at the moment, the Ogden is full.

Vibe: Gated living meets 2012.

Units: 83 one- to three-bedroom units from 1,200 to 2,500 square feet.

Price: From low-$200,000s.

Amenities: The hotel-caliber pool complex looks as good as many on the Strip. Add a rooftop sun deck, gym with sauna and steam room, and pet parks, and you’ve got a fully-stocked community with all the trimmings.

Vibe: Loft living.

Units: 104 units range from 1,345 to 1,750 square feet, and eight two-story penthouses are around 5,000 square feet apiece.

Price: Lofts start just under $200,000 ... if you can find someone selling. Currently, all units are sold, though individual owners rent and prices vary.

Amenities: Like neighboring Newport Lofts, Soho has expansive cement units, a pool with a view and a gym, but it’s the first floor that sets this building apart. Soho’s ground level is filled out with Resnicks Grocery, Globe Salon, the Lady Silvia lounge and Amanda Harris Gallery of Contemporary Art—pretty great downstairs neighbors.
