Chef Bill DeMarco unveils the new Sunday brunch at La Cave this weekend.

Country Club. Tableau. Society Café. As if there weren’t already plenty of tasty options for weekend brunch at Wynn and Encore, here comes a new one. La Cave, the intimate wine and small-plates emporium at Wynn, will unveil its Sunday brunch offerings on May 6.

For $40, brunchers can settle in and choose from an ongoing parade of dishes from chef Bill DeMarco, including ham and egg flatbread, French toast pops and New York-style egg sandwiches. A roving carving cart will offer beef Wellington, leg of lamb and juicy sirloin, and La Cave’s bars will transform into a build-your-own mojito or caipirinha station (though unlimited drinks or sparkling wine adds $20 to the price).

La Cave’s Sunday brunch will be served from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. For reservations, call 248-3463.
