On May 15, the Celebrity Chef Tour benefiting the James Beard Foundation will hit The Cosmopolitan for a dinner at Blue Ribbon Sushi Bar & Grill. There will be famous chefs (Jonathan Waxman and Sandy Tuason) joining Blue Ribbon’s Bruce & Eric Bromberg, a pre-meal cocktail hour with fancy hors d’oeuvres, and wine and beer pairings throughout the evening.
The Details

But forget all that and get a load of this menu of family-style entrees: lobster salad, seasonal sushi and sashimi, a plate of ribs, wings and rice (Blue Ribbon signature bites of fried chicken with honey, slow-roasted pork ribs in black vinegar glaze, and oxtail fried rice with a bone marrow omelet), braised Hawaiian pork belly with spiced chicharones, and grilled strip steak with local vegetables. Though it’s an upscale dining room, Blue Ribbon does comfort food like no one else, and this special menu will prove it.
All-inclusive tickets are $140 for Visa Signature cardholders or $150 for non-cardholders. For tickets, visit www.celebritycheftour.com.
