A Clark County School District bus carrying more than 50 children and a Chevy truck collided Wednesday, sending one child to a hospital, Metro Police said.
The crash happened at 2:24 p.m. near the intersection of Lamb Boulevard and Sahara Avenue, police said.
The bus was carrying 11- to 13-year-old students from Jerome Mack Middle School, police said.
One student was transported to a hospital at a parent’s request, police said. No information about whether the child was injured or the child’s condition was immediately available.
No other injuries were reported, police said. No further details were immediately available.
