Las Vegas' most fashion-forward residents turned out for downtown’s monthly First Friday celebration March 2 thanks in no small part to its Burning Man-inspired "Burn Vegas Burn" event. Most attendees were locals, but some traveled from as far as New York to join in the bash.

Burners -- members of the tightly knit Burning Man community -- were out in full force decked out in their trademark desert- and rave-inspired garb; neon, fur, oversized boots and undersized shirts abounded.

Other locals came out sporting sleek Friday night looks culled from the likes of H&M, American Apparel and local thrift stores; black leather jackets were especially popular on the chilly, wind-swept night.

From chic to shocking, one thing's for sure: Las Vegas has some serious style.
