Karl Rove’s latest attack ad against Rep. Shelley Berkley is ridiculous. Everyone knows that the Nevada congressional delegation (Berkley and former Republican Reps. Dean Heller and Jon Porter) worked together to save Nevada’s only kidney transplant center, and thanks to their efforts, hundreds of people don’t need to drive to neighboring states for lifesaving medical care.
I’m sure profit was never the driving force behind this legislation. Berkley was just doing what she does best, working hard for Nevadans.
Rove is a pit bull and doesn't always get it right. As with the case of Shelley Berkley. She does a yeoman's job fighting for and representing Nevadans.

CarmineD: I usually agree with you but you don't have a clue as to what Berkeley really is. Berkeley is a wanna-be-felon. She's a disgrace and I am personally appalled to have been "represented" by such a low-life these many years. It will be a blessing to see her go down in flames come November. We need honest, ethical and trustworthy representatives in public office. Berkeley is none of the above!
And Karl Rove just does what he does. Anyone with a D by their name draws the attention of his totally fabricated attack ads. Take your pick. He makes many, many, many of them. And he is not bound by the strictures of truth. That's a little thing to him. He feels it is perfectly within his realm to make up things. So long as it furthers the ultra-conservative ideology that gets no one nowhere.
When you mention both Berkley and Rove in the same topic, there's no comparison.
Berkley does what is right for Nevada. Always has and always will. Rove, on the other hand, could care less about Nevada. All he cares about is money and pandering to the rich to get their money.
Actually, for the criminal acts he did during the President Bush the Lesser years, Rove should be alone in a penitentiary picking his nose. The guy is just an attack dog and has no credibility at all. He's pond scum.
I vote Berkley. And get rid of that appointee Heller.

I think Berkley will likely lose to Heller in Nov too. I know many very conservative women who like Berkley and vote for her. But, I think her time has come and gone.
More a result of her party affiliation and the anti-Obama sentiment than her own personal and professional political shortcomings. Time will tell.

Karl Rove should not be speaking bad about anyone,as he was the one that was suspected of leaking out Valerie Plame's name in th CIA scandal during his years under former Pres.G.W.Bush. Mr. Rove was convicted by the U.S. Senate and removed from office. Sometimes we all need to step back and look in the mirror and see who we truly are,before we speak.
It is hard to believe that Dean Heller and Jon Porter were totally unaware that Dr. Lehrner, who is Ms. Berkley's husband was the nephrology group trying to save the Kidney services at UMC. Are they playing dumb now? Why don't they "man up" and say that they agreed to this program? Did no other kidney specialists try to do these services? I don't have Dr. Lehrner on my health plan but there are numerous other nephrologists in Las Vegas. So again, this is how the outside PACs get involved by not telling the whole truth! Don't you think Las Vegans see thru these ads? Of course, Dean Heller won't say that HE signed off on this and Jon Porter miraculously is mum on this also. Shame on both of them!

I said that Karl Rove was suspected of leaking out Valerie Plame's identity in the CIA scandal, I never said he was convicted of it.Also I stand to be corrected he was not convicted in the senate.He resigned rather than face charges.

If it weren't for that "lowlife" veterans wouldn't have the new hospital they now have. Shelley Berkley has fought hard to help thousands of people who served in our military. What have you done lately
Rove is another Lee Atwater, who can't run on policy so they run negatives ads. He will be attending one of Romney's meetings with millionaires and billionaires, and there is no possible way I can believe their campaign ads won't be coordinated, which is illegal.
