Meet the meat at Comme Ça: charcuterie, Merguez sausage and skirt steak au poivre.
Tuesday, July 17, 2012 | 11:30 a.m.
Chef David Myers’ Comme Ça brasserie in the Cosmopolitan is gonna keep 'cueing all summer long. The Cosmopolitan restaurant’s Le Barbecue series of grilling-on-the-patio events will continue on August 11, September 2 and September 30. The special menu of wood-fired meats, sides and cocktails will be available from 4 to 8 p.m.
Myers and executive chef Brian Howard created the Parisian-inspired barbecue menu, which includes main attractions of leg of lamb, skirt steak au poivre and beer can chicken. On the side, indulge in artisanal cheeses and house-made charcuterie and pickles, spring vegetable salad, steak tartare and smoked salmon rillettes. Finish with something sweet like seasonal fruit tarts or traditional Basque cake.
