One thing in last week’s pro-con about supply-side economics seemed quite appropriate: In his first sentence, the “pro” supply-side person decided to use “Field of Dreams” as an analogy. The movie is a very entertaining Hollywood fantasy that requires total suspension of disbelief. It is about a bunch of guys who rise from the dead. Kind of like voodoo.
