Love may be free, but this weekend there’s no shame in paying for it. The 9th annual Adam & Eve’s Charity Love Fling lands at Tao Beach on Friday, July 13, featuring a bachelor and bachelorette auction benefitting New Vista, an organization working to empower the disabled and their families. Tickets to the romance-focused fête, which run from $25 for general admission to $450 for a six-guest VIP booth and bottle service during the auction, are available at newvistanv.org.
It’s a little bit country, a little bit rock ’n’ roll. On July 6, PBR Rock Bar & Grill at the Miracle Mile Shops celebrated the grand opening of Rock Bar, a new nightlife spot within the larger venue that will open nightly at 9 p.m. with dancing, DJs and drink specials. Rock Bar’s current calendar includes Two-for-Tuesdays (with deals on shots, cocktails, beer pong and bottle service) and Twitter Sundays (where followers of @PBRRockBar and @RockhouseVegas get a $10 open bar from 9 p.m. to 1 a.m.).
Ladies, break out your favorite bustiers and bejeweled masks. The famed Midsummer Lingerie Masquerade returns to the Palms Pool & Bungalows August 4, minus the usual Playboy branding but with all the barely dressed debauchery you hazily remember from previous years. Tickets start at $125 and include a hosted bar from 9 to 11 p.m. Ladies can register for complimentary admission at 9grouplv.com/midsummer.
