The Auto Collections new audio tour

Auto Collections

There are over 250 antique and historical automobiles on display.

The Auto Collections at the Imperial Palace is now offering an audio tour that features information on 60 historic automobiles. Visitors will be able to listen to an hour-long recording that includes facts on some of the most notable machines in the collection, such as the limo President JFK rode in a week before his assassination, the Suburban from The Sopranos and Johnny Carson’s Chrysler Royal.

However, one of the main attractions of the tour is Eleanor, the famous 1967 Mustang Fastback from the 2000 Nicholas Cage action film Gone in Sixty Seconds. It was one of just 11 built for filming and is currently on sale for $375,000 at the showroom.

The Auto Collections has more than 250 vehicles on display and is open daily 10 a.m.-6 p.m. General admission is $12, and children under 12 and seniors over 65 are $8.
