Congratulations to “Pawn Stars” star Rick Harrison, who has revealed his engagement to girlfriend DeAnna Burditt. The couple, who met at Vintner Grill in Summerlin a year ago, were together at the grand opening of the Peter Lik gallery in Mandalay Place tonight.

It will be Rick’s third marriage -- “the third time is the charm,” he told me. Rick secretly gave DeAnna a 2 1/2-carat cushion-cut diamond ring two weeks ago but went public with the news for the first time tonight.

The ring isn’t from Gold and Silver Pawn downtown, but Rick admitted: “I’m practical, so I did get it wholesale from my jeweler friends in our business.”

“Pawn Stars,” the History Channel’s top global show, just started filming Season 6, and the cable network is already in talks with the Harrison family -- Rick, Richard “The Old Man” Harrison, Corey “Big Hoss” Harrison -- and Austin “Chumlee” Russell to extend the show another 80 episodes.

With 280 episodes, “Pawn Stars” would become the longest-running series in cable TV history. Congratulations from everybody at Vegas DeLuxe on Rick’s engagement to DeAnna, who works in a law office. The reality TV hero told me that they’re planning on getting married next year.

  1. Chunky says:

Congratulations and best wishes to the couple.

Why no photos of the bride to be? This story is incomplete without an accompanying photo.

    That's what Chunky thinks!

  2. Congratulations, at wife number three she needs to speak with Calista and go for that 500k Tiffany's revolving account. Just in case she has a Bad Day.LOL

  3. So, really Las Vegas! This is page one news...is this really an important, significant story. What do the Journalism professors have to say about these kinds of news articles! Another reason people do not take us seriously as a major business center, a business destination, or even why anyone should move their company here. A lot goes into the mix.

  4. His is a great show and he appears to be a good man. Good luck and best wishes.

  5. Sorry Chunky for calling you "Chucky"...love your posts.

  6. That's my ring. He bought it from me for 250.00 and he said it was worth less, but he felt sorry for me. I liked the deal because it's cubic zirconium.

  7. In 5 years, that ring is being "hocked" for a used Fender Stratocaster.
