Man in critical condition after rollover in north part of valley

A 23-year-old Las Vegas man is in critical condition after a rollover accident near Walnut Road south of Alto Avenue, according to Metro Police.

Police said Jesus Guadalupe Guerrero was driving his 1996 Dodge Ram 1500 southbound on Walnut Road about 5:16 a.m. when he drove off the west side of the roadway after crossing the intersection.

Guerrero tried to get back on the road but his vehicle rolled over, ejecting him, police said. He was transported to University Medical Center in critical condition.

The accident is still under investigation but police say speed may be a contributing factor.

  1. He was ejected from the vehicle when the vehicle rolled over. Guess he wasn't wearing his seatbelt either.
