  1. It's kinda funny to see all the "cowboys" accessorize like a country Paris Hilton! They all have the same shirts, hats, boots, pie-plate belt buckles, the little Copenhagen ring on the right side of the Wrangler encased buttock - nothing is missed! Even the fake "drawl" and limp that is 100% the same no matter if you're a bull rider from Boise...Or a Bronc rider from Brooklyn or just here to watch to watch some WFR! Then, after the 5th beer, they all tilt their hats 20% to a starboard list! Yo Adran! Yeehaw!

  2. I welcome our cowboys. This is a western town.

I'm glad they come here every year, and if they decide to buy an expensive saddle, or a beautiful hat, I have no problem with that.

I am about as far from country-western as you can get, but they are entitled to spend their own money on their luxuries just like everyone else.

Maybe some will visit Bonnie Springs Ranch. I saw some wild mustangs the last time I was there. The ranch could use the tourism boost.

  3. windshield cowboys, they need cologne that smells like cow manure
