Shooting incident
One person was killed and another injured in a shooting Friday night at the Canyon Point apartment complex in Las Vegas, Metro Police officials said.
Police received reports of shots being fired at 5421 E. Harmon Ave. near Boulder Highway around 10:15 p.m. One victim was pronounced dead at the scene, and the other was transported to Sunrise Hospital in serious condition, police said.
Preliminary investigation indicated that the shooting was possibly caused by a domestic violence issue, police said.
Police are searching for the suspect.
