Heller seeks answers on coming changes in military health care plans

In a few months, the military’s health insurance program for servicemen and veterans, known as Tricare, is going to be under new management in the West, and the changeover may force some veterans in Northern Nevada and other rural areas to change their health insurance plans. United HealthCare, which won the Defense Department’s Tricare contract from longstanding provider TriWest Healthcare Alliance this year, has been warning that when it takes over in April, some health care services may be cut, and some recipients may be forced to change their insurance plans.   1. History repeats itself. Must be time to take the little plastic flags off the vehicle antennas. After every war the veterans are forgotten, benefits cut, reenlistment bonus goes unpaid. The only time the veteran is referenced is when one is shot down in the streets by police or packing into a prison cell. The VA, please... Not exactly living up to, "Thank you for your service." What the government is really saying is, "I am so glad there were enough suckers out there to make a draft unnecessary and spares our own children." Massive unemployment and under-employment making all the pieces fall into place as planned.
