Several southbound lanes of Interstate 15 in North Las Vegas will be closed each night this week.
It is unknown how many lanes will be closed, but a number of southbound lanes from Lake Mead Boulevard to Cheyenne Avenue will be closed between 9 p.m. and 5:30 a.m. each night this week.
The closures are necessary for construction crews installing bridge deck forms as part of the North 5th Street Bridge project over I-15.
The $30 million bridge improvement project is part of North Las Vegas' North 5th Street arterial project, which is funded by the Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada.
The bridge project is expected to be complete in 2013.
