Police seek suspects in November robbery

A man with a semi-automatic handgun robbed a Las Vegas business in late November and is suspected of robbing at least one other store, Metro Police said.

The man entered a store near Nellis Boulevard and Owens Avenue on Nov. 26. with an accomplice and demanded money, Metro Officer Marcus Martin said.

The pair escaped with an undisclosed amount of money.

Police described the suspected gunman as a 35- to 40-year-old black man, about 5 feet 9 inches tall and 250 to 275 pounds with a long goatee.

The other suspect was described as 18 to 25 years old, about 5 feet 9 inches tall and of slight build.

Martin said the two are believed to be involved in another robbery on Nov. 22 near Boulder Highway and U.S. 95.
