Retired NBA legend Shaquille O’Neal’s ex-wife Shaunie O’Neal of “Basketball Wives” dined at Wolfgang Puck Pizzeria & Cucina in Crystals at MGM Grand’s CityCenter. “American Idol” Season 5 winner and Bally’s headliner Taylor Hicks watched “Jersey Boys” at the Paris and went backstage afterward for a photograph with the cast.
Singer Dev, in a black-and-red, see-through tank top, black-and-green high-waist shorts, pink wayfarers and spiky jewelry, hosted a party at the Palms pool. KISS and Motley Crue’s opening British act the Treatment and KISS album cover artist Ken Kelly (“Destroyer,” “Love Gun”) were at KISS by Monster Mini Golf.
Dance music star Pepper MaShay (“Dive in the Pool”) performed at Share. After wrapping his Motley Crue and KISS concert Saturday night at Mandalay Bay, Vince Neil beelined to his topless club Girls, Girls, Girls to welcome Oscar-winning actor Nicolas Cage. Also there: Vince’s girlfriend Rain Andreani and newly engaged 2011 Miss Nevada USA Sarah Chapman.
Along with her concert with Pitbull at Red Rock Resort on Friday night, Australian music sensation Havana Brown DJ’d at Bare Pool Lounge at the Mirage, dined at chef Akira Back’s Yellowtail in the Bellagio and partied at nearby Bank in the Bellagio while in town. She performed her hit “We Run the Night” at the Bank.
Celebrity blogger Perez Hilton attended “Jubilee!” at Bally’s and loved the spectacular so much that he tweeted: “Just saw #Jubilee at @BallysVegas and I’m kinda obsessed! Classic! Camp! Lush! Like a @Cher special from the ’70s! In other words, FABULOUS!” After the show, he joined four of the showgirls backstage, where they taught him showgirl moves and posed for pictures. Taylor Hicks also joined them backstage.
Actor Kelsey Grammer, his wife Kayte Walsh, their baby and friends dined at Wolfgang Puck’s Spago in the Forum Shops at Caesars Palace. He then returned with a group for dessert after a show.
And MMA legend Frank Trigg, rapper Flavor Flav and members of the professional indoor soccer club Las Vegas Legends were at the third-annual party for the teams sports network and news website RAW at Surrender at Steve Wynn’s Encore.
