Rapper, TV personality and actor Vanilla Ice had double duty in Las Vegas on Saturday afternoon and evening, first hosting the daytime revelry at Go Pool in the Flamingo, then performing to a packed crowd in the nighttime heat at Carnaval Court at Harrah’s.

At Go Pool, Vanilla Ice graciously signed autographs and posed for photograph after photograph after photograph with fans (kudos to him for doing so). At Carnaval, he performed his hits “Ice Ice Baby” and “Play That Funky Music” and tracks from his latest release “WTF: Wisdom, Tenacity & Focus.”

The still-fit Vanilla Ice sported black T-shirts, a cap, sunglasses and shorts at both 21-and-older events. Thanks to Scott Harrison for his photo gallery of the daytime and nighttime fun on the Strip.

Final words of wisdom: Stop, collaborate and listen. Word to your mother.
