Boxer Floyd Mayweather Jr. arrives outside the Regional Justice Center downtown Friday, June 1, 2012, to begin his 90-day jail sentence after pleading guilty to charges in a September 2010 domestic battery incident.

Boxer Floyd Mayweather was released from a Las Vegas jail early Friday after serving two months of a three-month sentence in a misdemeanor domestic battery case.
The undefeated boxer walked out of the Clark County Detention Center in darkness to resume a boxing career that his lawyers and personal physician warned in court documents might be at risk. They said jail food and water didn't meet Mayweather's dietary needs, and lack of exercise space in a cramped cell of fewer than 98 square feet threatened his health and fitness.
The 35-year-old boxer pleaded guilty last year to reduced charges stemming from a hair-pulling, arm-twisting attack on his former girlfriend. The plea deal allowed him to avoid trial on felony charges that could have gotten him up to 34 years in prison.

dont go too rhino tonight you will run into this sob and his merry men
I just bet on the under (365) over at MGM sportsbook on this Cat's next arrest...There's a premium on felony v. misdemeanor but I did not like the 20% upsell.
No reason to let him out after serving 2 months. He was sentenced to 3 months, let him serve 3 months. The "good behavior" excuse is a crock. You can punish him further for bad behavior but no way do you give him time off for good behavior. The justice system is screwed up on the good behavior leniency system. He should be on good behavior, no rewarded for it.
we all have needs. It's called JAIL for a reason!
boxing is officially a joke.
This guy may have his money, but he will always be a low life loser with very little intelligence. Wait and see, he will be broke in 5 to 10 years and all his leaching loser buddies will be gone. How many times have we seen this story play out. He beats women and thinks he is above the fray.
Hope he gets to fight again and get knocked out.
