New pizza place at Mandalay Bay offers thin crust with a tech twist

You can rock the jukebox with your iPhone while chewing on a slice of cheese truffle pizza at a new restaurant at Mandalay Bay Hotel and Casino.

Slice of Vegas has joined the The Shoppes at Mandalay Place. Besides the tech music options, Chef Devin Murchin oversees a menu of New York-style thin crust dishes that includes mushroom ragu, four-cheese truffle, along with prosciutto and pesto pizzas. There are gluten-free and vegan options, too.

We could list more of the menu, but we're afraid of drooling over our company keyboard. Look for daily specials. Customers can order to go from the counter or in the dining area and bar with the smart phone jukebox and more than a dozen television screens.

The restaurant is operated by Titan, the company that also runs Hussong’s Cantina.
