North Las Vegas Police are investigating a Halloween afternoon shooting that left one man dead.
Officials said police received 911 calls at about 2:25 p.m. reporting gunfire.
When officers arrived in the 1800 block of Arrow Stone Court, near Ann Road and Clayton Street, they found a man dead outside a home, Sgt. Tim Bedwell said in a statement.
It is the sixth homicide of the year in North Las Vegas, Bedwell said.

Common sense dictates that less guns means less violence. More guns means more violence.
Only an idiot would deduce that more guns will reduce violence.

Having guns doesn't make you any less defenseless...just more foolish and potentially dangerous to innocent people.
