2010 Fighters Only World MMA Awards

The Fourth Annual Fighters Only World Mixed Martial Arts Awards will be held at the Pearl in the Palms on Nov. 30 with 22 categories up for grabs. It’s a black-tie night of celebrities from the world of sports and entertainment on Fox Sports hosted by UFC middleweight star Chael Sonnen and Emmy Award-winning sports reporter and MMA Live correspondent Molly Qerim for a second year.

Among the stars expected on the red carpet: pro dancer champions Cheryl Burke and Derek Hough from “Dancing With the Stars,” Las Vegas’ Mikalah Gordon from “American Idol,” Steve Rannazzisi from “The League” and “For Your Consideration” and MMA stars Frank Mir and Tito Ortiz.

The five Fighter of the Year nominations are Anderson Silva, Dan Henderson, Dominick Cruz, Jon Jones and Nick Diaz. The five beauties nominated for Ring Girl of the Year are reigning winner Arianny Celeste, Brittney Palmer, Chandella Powell, Kelli Hutcherson and Mercedes Terrell.

UFC chiefs Dana White and Lorenzo Fertitta compete against Marc Ratner of Regulatory Affairs, Scott Coker of Strikeforce and Bjorn Rebney of Bellator for the Leading Man of the Year Award.
