Planned restaurant
A new Jack in the Box will likely be springing up soon at the corner of Decatur Boulevard and Tropicana Avenue.
The Paradise Town Advisory Board approved on Tuesday a design review for the proposed restaurant, to be developed by HD Development of Maryland, Inc. The application will go to the Clark County Planning Commission on April 19 for final approval.
Plans filed with the county call for a 2,400-square-foot building on the southwest corner of an existing Home Depot site. The restaurant will have a drive-through and seating for 65 patrons as well as restrooms, a storage area and a kitchen.
"Go forth and build," said chairman Robert Orgill following the application's unanimous approval. It will be the the 58th Jack in the Box location in Las Vegas Valley, according to the chain's website.
