Orange County-based Bixby Land Co. has acquired two industrial properties in the Las Vegas Valley.
Bixby acquired a 129,000-square-foot building at 7600 Eastgate Road in Henderson for $8.25 million. It is fully leased leased to Levi Strauss.
The firm also acquired a 220,000-square-foot industrial building at 4335 Arcata, near Craig and Losee roads. It is fully leased to Moen. Bixby paid $9.75 million in that transaction.
