I-15 construction
Expect more closures and delays this week around ramps to and from Interstate 15 in the southern valley.
The following will be closed from 9 p.m. Monday to 5 a.m. Tuesday: the ramp from Las Vegas Boulevard to northbound I-15; the ramp from northbound I-15 to westbound I-215; the ramp from eastbound I-15 to Las Vegas Boulevard; and the ramp from southbound I-15 to Las Vegas Boulevard.
The closures are part of the I-15 South Design-Build Project to widen the freeway from Blue Diamond Road to Tropicana Avenue. Work on the $246.5 million project started in February 2010 and is scheduled for completion in March 2012.
