A Metro Police motorcycle officer suffered minor injuries after colliding with a taxicab near the Las Vegas Strip this morning, officials said.
Metro spokesman Marcus Martin said the accident happened at 10:46 a.m. near Paradise Road and Convention Center Drive when the Metro motorcycle struck the front end of the taxicab. The Metro officer will be cited for the accident, he said.
Both vehicles sustained minor damage, police said.
