Autumn Dawn Murry makes an appearance in Las Vegas Justice Court Tuesday, March 15, 2011.

The 21-year-old woman arrested earlier this month in connection with the shooting death of a North Las Vegas cabdriver has been indicted by a Clark County grand jury.

Autumn Dawn Murry was indicted on counts of burglary while in possession of a deadly weapon, carrying a concealed weapon, murder with use of a deadly weapon and two counts of robbery with use of a deadly weapon, according to the indictment filed Wednesday in Clark County District Court.

Cabdriver Tesfaye Arze, 30, was found dead March 4 on High Sierra Avenue near his taxicab in the northeast valley.

On March 11, Metro Police arrested Murry, one of two women believed to be in the cab prior to the shooting. Police still are searching for Felicia Mosely, 18, as a person of interest in the case.

An hour before the alleged robbery and murder of Arze, Murry is accused of robbing a Mini Mart at 4563 E. Russell Road shortly before 2:30 a.m. Police said Arze was shot that same morning about 3:30 a.m.

After releasing surveillance video from the taxi, police received an anonymous tip that indicated the two women were involved in the shooting, and police later identified Murry as a suspect.
