Regarding the Las Vegas Sun’s Thursday story, “Titus rewarded her staff on the way out”:
It was reported that, before leaving office, Rep. Dina Titus paid her 17-member staff almost $155,000 in bonuses in the fourth quarter of 2010.
Let me see if I have some facts right: Some workers in the private sector have suffered
100 percent losses of pay, others in the private sector have suffered various losses of pay, and Titus increases salaries of her staff. There is something out of kilter with her line of economics.
