KB Home debuted Kingwood Crest in The Vistas village in Summerlin last week.
The neighborhood, located just off Charleston Boulevard near the Las Vegas Beltway, features two-story homes ranging from 2,075 to 2,712 square feet.
It is the final housing development in The Vistas village area, which has become "one of Summerlin's most popular and scenic villages developed to date," said Kevin Orrock, executive vice president of master-planned communities for The Howard Hughes Corporation, in a prepared statement.
Two park areas have been groomed within Kingwood Crest, and the neighborhood is located near Linda Givens Elementary School and the Red Rock Resort and Casino.
